Can anyone tell me teh difference between the DIVA and Dracula?

Diva is online verification tool while Dracula is standalone.

Is that mean if the design pass the DIVA verification, then it is no need to do the Dracula verification?

no,dracula is much stronger and preciser verification tool than diva, you can using diva frequently when doing layout, then after finish layout, use dracula
u will find this way helpful
