Hi,

I have a custom block that needs special scan test pattern.

What are the tetramax commands to read in user created test patterns for a particular scan chain and run atpg to generate and report faults ?
 

You can use
Code: 
set_patterns -external test_pattern_file
After that, I would use run_simulation to simulate these patterns.
Then use run_fault_sim to get fault coverage.
