Hi,
How to test my crystal oscillator working condition. Also suggest me ideas to test the micro-controller working condition (hardware based testing, not by programming the micro-controller).

to test the micro controller with out program is you might check its VCC and GND pin is not sorts or any other pins are not shorts but for new controller it might not be case normally.you can just connect it with some programmer board then try to erase flash and see it was detected by the programmer.
