TCLT100X family of optocouplers lists CTR values at different currents...why?

On page three of the TCLT100X optocoupler family datasheet, the TCLT1004 has CTR quoted for 1mA of forward current. However, the TCLT1009 does not have CTR quoted for 1mA on that page…but instead its quoted for 5mA of forward current. Why is this?
