TCAD Sentaurus giving me this error when i'm trying to run the sdevice filename.cmd

Inputfile doesn't exist or without read permission !
 

Hi,

The error description is very clear....

Honestly ... nobody of us is more close to your computer than you to check whether the file exists or whether there are any access restrictions.

How can we help? What is your idea? What information do you expect from us?
