Friend,
I found your project very interesting, but it has details of components that are unreadable .
You can pass more details of this project ?
Or a detailed drawing more?

Hi,
Very interesting schematic ! could you please share some details about how should be made the windings (copper wire section, what ferite core)?

i also want to build a smps welding inverter , i found this schematic (scroll to the end of document)

sorry , my internet connection in very weak right now, i'll be back.

Added after 26 minutes:

ok, i took a look at the circuit in the first post, and i have some question for you guys:
First of all, the converter's topology is "forward", but that topology need only one tranzistor(i mean, one switch device) and the positiv rail permanently connected to transformmer. In this ciruit both rails are switched on and off to the transformer. Why? I have seen that at my circuit too(i will upload it soon, is a industrial staff).
2. how does the controll circuit prevent core saturation? or it requested a air gap core?

The two (multiple) switches are series connected, they are electrically equivalent to a single switch. The series circuit reduces the switch voltage. This seems strange at first look, cause a voltage doubling rectifier is used at the same time, but there may be also a 230V circuit version of the tool.

Having also DC current at the secondary, the forward topology is probably better suited than the push-pull circuit presented at start of the thread. Saturation could happen anyway depending on operating condition, but primary current is limited through current transformer and the control circuit. But a small air gap would simplify the operation, I think.

Operating frequency and semiconductor types would be interesting in addition, but the circuit is instructive anyway.

That would be great, because i found some IGBT-s with 1200V C-E voltage. But i'm not pretty sure about that, i think that system is for some protection along with the diodes. Maybe someboby konws and have experience whit these inverters and tell us what is the "couse".
push-pull circuit presented at start of the thread
excuseme, but that is farward too.

But all the schematics presented here have the outputs isolated from the mains using a ferrite transformer. :D

Yes, the original circuit has actually the same series topology. I was somewhat confused by the draing style and didn't examine it in detail. Also the voltage annotation is confusing, the DC bus voltage is around 300V as with the INVERTEC circuit.

The series connected switchers have another purpose, that I didn't understand at first look. It allows free-wheeling to the bus voltage through diodes without an auxilary winding and with effectively no inductive overvoltage. With a single switch, you need an ausxilary winding at the primary or secondary side. Due to stray inductances, the Vds respectively Vce peak voltage is always higher than 2 Vbus. With an 1200V IGBT, you may need a Z-diode active clamping circuit to cut inductive overvoltage at e. g. 700 or 800 V, but that's a usual circuit and should work in this application.

Obviously, IC2 isn't a microcontroller. It's an analog IC or hybrid circuit, possibly custom made. I didn't recognize a particular known SMPS controller from the schematics.

i guess this thing is possible with normal VFD drive (variable frequency drive). Coz u have all min components in one module n just ferrite core n a rectifier is left only.....................................please do correct me if i made some mistake.
