I wanted to know what is the Cheapest Programmer I would need to Read and Write to this chip? Also any adapters or Sockets I may need to complete this operation. I think the latest one (2007 version) will do what you want: **broken link removed** you can program it in system with this programmer so you don't need an SOIC to DIP adapter.
