Port B of most PIC MCU can be used as an external interrupt. You can use any 40/44 pin SMD package PIC, depending on your application.
Just go to their website and use their part selector tool.
16F887 is a cheap way to start.
There is also the 18F4550, 4520 etc, each with different features such as USB , memory etc.
I have used the DIP package ones of these and they are quite good.

There are many. You should use the Microchip parametric search: https://www.microchip.com/maps/microcontroller.aspx

Here are a few:
18F452
18F458
18F4580
18F4685
18F4682
18F4610
18F4620
18F4515
18F4525
18F4585

There are many more. Just use the parametric search and you'll find them all.

Keep in mind that the SMD parts with TQFP and QFN packages are usually 44-pin devices.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
