Suggest me a good PIC programmer

propic is bad! Propic2 with ICPROG is verybad for some pics, like 18f452 etc.

epic (should be with ZIF pcb) good.

after downloading the propic xp software
u need license file to make it as full program
lot of license files are available in the web

thanks for the advice but i think most of the beginners and lot of people i know use this.but which one do u think is easy to build according to the performance and spec.(18xx series),+ and - s?
and Sniper did u find a solution for ur XP?because u have to download ic-prog iguess?

i downloaded the propic2 software xp version
but if you have a better optionchoice i won't say no.
i will download the ic-prog and give it a shot
