How much power do you need at out put and what is your out put impedance ?
I think you can use a baxandall filter at pri amp and you can use a butter worth filter at the out of your power amp .

You need only the LP filter circuit or you want the full circuit with amplifier? If you need only Filter circuit then which amplifier you will be using, what is the input sensitivity of the main amplifier? Is this a main amplifier or is just meant for using to BASS amplification only?
