Stupid question about capacitance

Hi edaboarders,
Could some one tell me what is the equivalent capacitance seen at the node N ?
I'm really confused about is it C1//C2 or simple C2 ???
 

Doesn't it depend on the sin wave Voltage swing too or the voltage supplying C1 ?
 

Look at it from the flow of charges. For Node N to go from a high voltage towards ground, it needs to pull positive charges from the top plate of C2, and inject negative charges into the bottom plate of C1.
The net effect is the same when both capacitors are tied to ground.

Its C2. Because you are taking output across C2 i.e., between reference point(ground) and node N(which is the other end of C2).

Another way to view it is 5V is also ac ground so they are in parallel.
