Is there an IC that stores this output and keeps this data when power supply is cut? Thanks

There is ferro-electric memory, which stores a charge on capacitors inside the IC. (Brand name Thinfilm) Homebrew methods might include storing a charge on capacitors, supercapacitors, batteries. The data would be lost after a while of course.
