There is one resistor which value equels 30M in my netlist, it would be ignored when LVS, and the 2 terminal of this resistor would be shorted together. And what's more strange, when I changed the value to 20M, then the resistor would be handled correctly. I have read the DRACULA ref-book, but couldn't find anything help. Could anybody help me to find the reason?
Thanks a lot!
When ran DRACULA LVS, I set 3 options in CDL netlist:
*.SCALE
*.MEGA
*.RESI 2
It is really strange. If you put one value it acts as resistor and for another value if doesn't acting. If it is totally recognizing we can say you may not be drawn the reistor marking layer or something like that.....!!
But in the present case it's purely looking strange. Can you upload your report file...so that anyone can see if any problem is there...???
Change 30M to 30e6.
I also had problem with shorten resistors before.
It seems a bug for some DRACULA version. I thought M is recognized as m. But it doesn't explain why changing 30M to 20M fixes this problem. So now I have some doubts about my explanation of that

The resistor in layout can be regonized correctly. The software just ignored the resistor in netlist if it more than 21.4M(maybe,I forget the exact value). So strange. I doubt it's a DRACULA bug.
