I am designing the system in which I need to interface strain gauge with 8051. Can anyone help me in designing the interfacing diagram. Please send on my e-mail. My e-mail ID is vijasthombare@gmail.com
 

You will need external A2D converter

Go Analog device site and search "Strain gauge" application note
