Stepper motor program in LPC2129 controller

Here i am developing one project using LPC2129 controller in this project i am using stepper motor. So i wrote code for this stepper motor but its not working correctly.

Hi,
This is Seetaram i am developing one project in LPC2129 in that i am using GPRS to send information to internet. Here i am not getting the idea to program to this GPRS by using AT command.
AT+CGDCONT = 1,"IP","internet.gprs","0.0.0.0",0,0<cr>(1-GPRS context setting)
In this command i dont know about IP and internet.gprs
so If any body have the code please send me.
