Is any one working on static voltage stabilizer using IGBT ? If yes please share controller & how igbt switch AC waveform?

never seen it done, but one scenario could be to feed your main AC through a low voltage transformer secondary, say 24 V at 40 A. Feed its primary with PWM generated AC voltage such that the main output is constant.
