Does anyone knows a design references for an SRAM. I want a document that explains the functionality of all the SRAM's components (the 6T - memory cell, the voltage sense amplifier etc).
Tnx in advance!

I want to know the logic behind the design of all SRAM's components.
For example, how to size the transitors in the memory cell, how does the voltage sense amplifier works.
It's for a college project.I need to design a 32x2 SRAM .

But any information helps, so if you have something on SRAM, I would be grateful if you would share it.

How should i choose the memory cell transitor size?
I mean i know i should make a SNM(static noise margin) but i do not know how the testbench should look.

Hi madalin1990,

I have just finished SRAM project at university. I followed the attached report. And finally, it meets specifications

Hope this help!
