how to sweep a MOSFET width in SPICE?

• Assign a parameter name to the MOSFET width, e. g. width
• Give it an arbitrary value
• As Sweep Variable use Component Parameter, and as Parameter Name width
• Assign the Sweep Range values
• OK

Not all simulators allow sweeping of all features. But you
can always use the variable with stepping (e.g. .MODIF).
You'd have to check the parameter / model argument
sweeping capability in the docs (or just try - but syntax
of sweeping the particular thing, is probably fussy).
