standard spice model units

Hi,
Is there a standard for SPICE parameter units?
I mean TOX is always in angstroms or U0 in cm^2/Vs? Does anybody know a document which gives the units of entire spice parameters? I get confused about the units when I want to use these parameters for hand-calculations!
Thanks\]

Hi,

You should consult the description of the model you are using in the simulator you are using for a complete list of parameters of the particular model in the particular simulator.

Regards.
