Need suggestion - TLP250 SPICE model

hi,
I want to simulate a circuit by using TLP250 ic . But i am not getting this ic in Pspice , Proteus and multisim .
Can anyone suggest where I get the IC and simulate my circuit .

It's a simple Optocoupler, there is nothing to simulate.
Bias it and use it.

Hi,

If you're adept with your sim tool, there should be CCVS and VCCS and so on in there whose parameters can be set to emulate the opto to a greater or lesser degree, with maybe some external passives to shape it a bit more accurately or reflect temperature effects. It looks a bit complicated but doable in the sim tool I use. Depends how realistic model needs to be.
