Hello everyone..


Can anybody suggest for SPI or I2C interfaced 32K SRAM.

It should be easily available & cost effective.

I found 62256 but it parallel. Also pl sugest that it is ok for new products or not if used.

Look at ON-SEMI site they have serial SRAM 32K/8 (256kbit) in SO8 size

and low cost

type : N256S08

1.0 Can uoy pl suggest the serial ram in DIP Package & source to purchase the same.

2.0 Also pl suggest the 62256 RAM is running product or not.
