Can anyone help me about speed control of DC motor using 8051 micro controller
 

You need to select 8051 microcontroller which has a PWM. Then use PWM on it drive a DC motor driver. The driver you may use L298 that is easily for drivers. Or you may refer to **broken link removed**

They have a good driver by L298.
