Is it possible to estimate spectral correlation function from wavelet transform??? If so can u suggest me paper.......

Your question is not very clear. However, as far as I understand, the wavelet transform can be either reversible or irreversible. If it is reversible, then you can get back the original data and calculate the spectral correlation function exactly. If it is irreversible, then you can get back an approximation of the original data and calculate an approximate spectral correlation function.
