Specifying Tap cells distance

Hi Folks,

We are specifying some x distance (50u) between tap cells.

How they are specifying this distances. On what bases they they are specifying a particular value.

DRC rule of nwell connection, or the latch-up rule chapter inside the Design Rule Manual from the founder.

for TSMC0.18, 60um is the maximum, then each 55um is correct.
