SONY Music System - Service Remote Control Schematic

Hi,

I have an SONY Music System, model no: MHC-GNZ7D. Now, its more than 4 years old.

When i bought this system, i called the SONY support (through the dealer) and the person bought one Special Remote Control and looked at the manual for that special remote and made my System's DVD - Region Free.

But, now this system cannot remember anything (including previous volume levels and FM/AM stored) after it is switched OFF for 24 hours or more.

So, can somebody give me the Service Remote Control Schematic with the Manual for this model.
