hi guys ....
1-why most data acquisition cards contain counters???
but from studying this object, i found there is no needed to counters

2-also why we use frequency analysis to the acquired signal??

Counters may be used for many functions, e.g. determining time between samples, counting number external events, etc.

Frequency analysis is used so that engineers can have jobs. :)
(Not sure I understand the question)

thank u barry

frequency analysis is used to represent frequency component of acquired signal
frequency analysis like FFT , FT, spectra analysis

thank u barry , i asked this question only to make sure of the answer

u can help me if u have any additional answers

thank u again
