Active-HDL 6.3 can be used for systemC simulator..but its not freeware.u can use it
for 20 days free as evaluation version...

You can use the SystemC library for simulation and a free waveform viewer.

I think evaluation version is enough, for the EDA software renew so continually, so you can use them continually haha
