solution for 14 or 16 bit adc

Dear All,

I am working with the sensor which has the voltage step of 0.5mV,

For the 12 bit ADC with the reference voltage of 5 V, it can measure only 1.2mV,

I required the microcontroller with the inbuilt 14 or 16 bit ADC

What can the best solution for this issue, please post your valuable advice.

I have looked for the 14 bit & 16 bit ADC but it is not available in the market.

I guess you are talking about your local market but in other world there are many 14 bit and 16 bit adc..

which micro controller you know choose the family you know like atmel,PIC,msp430 all have micro controller with inbuilt adc do some google search .
