Solder insufficent (No filled until top of the lead)

Hai all,

I'm new joint into this forum.I am having problem with defect insufficient Solder (No filled until top of the lead) for wave soldering machine (Vitronic )
for manual insert part .Could any one help me to give suggestion to solve this issue.If need more information ,pls fell free to me.

1) Dirty board
2) Solder not at proper temperature
3) Board not properly preheated
4) Mismatch in hole/lead size
5) Bad plating in Plated through hole
6) Bad wave control
7) Wrong speed
etc., etc.,

Machine type - Vitronic soltech (delta 5)
Flux type - Tamura Leadfreerite EC-19S-8
Solder bar type - SMIC senju ECOM705

I think you misunderstand what the term "close up" actually means.

Is flux expire can cause barafill ? i means solder no filled .
