Soft connection - explanation needed

Soft connection

Hello;

I have a power nmos his S is conneted to PVM and his B at Subs, so I have soft connection.
In the top level they connect the Bulk of nmos to VM but the soft connection is still exist.

Can every one explain me.

Can you make your question more clear? please do put some information or sample layout and the lvs result....that way people in this forum can give you more ideas on how to fix your problem.
