SMD MOSFET marking code GM

I have problem to recognise the following MOSFET（FET） marking code. It works in the peak detection circuit,more specific,it's used to produce the sample inpulse.
The marking code is GMF(F maybe represent the lot:bang and the package style is SOT-23.

Please help me.

ZVN3310F marking code is MF.I'm confirmed that the Marking code is GM.

Hi,
Attached is a big (1,000 pages) SMD code pdf. In this one, for GM it says a 2.48V shunt, or a 3.3V/600mA LDO - no Mosfet in another codebook, either, sorry. I imagine it will be neither, which usually seems to be the case, hopefully some-one will recognise the part.
