SMD IC and DIP .. componnets ...

Hi.
I am Using SMD IC like RTL8019 and LPC2138 for My board. But all other pacive componenets like resistors and Capacitos I want to use DIP due to procurement problems in low Qty. Will there be any Issues with this approch ??. Can I go ahead
please let me know.
