SMART Card Reader under I2C bus

For Contact type card reader, I want to use TDA8029HL/C207 chip in I2C BUS under Linux (montavista). I am following NXP Application note AN01024, Smart Card Reader Application with TDA8029 Mask 04. what driver/module/header file needs to be loaded ? Can anyone give me any code example? I attached my code here.
