Small antenna design

Hi,
I'm a university student and I currently work on a project that aims to implement a kind of a radio. My task is to build an antenna for it. The goals are to build an antenna with size smaller than 20cmx20cm at the frequency of 200MHz with gain higher than
(-8dBi) with a bandwidth of around 5MHz. I want to implement the antenna as a microstrip patch, however, because its size is so small it seems a very difficult task. Therefore, I would like to ask for your help:maybe you can suggest some articles that can help me in designing the antenna or provide common guidelines for building it.
Thanks,
