Small Signal analysis of MOSFET

why VDD and VSS we consider as ground in small signal analysis?

whether VDD and VSS are AC supplies that is the reason or anything else?

and during small signal analysis whether we have to consider Parasitic Cap or Not?

In small signal analysis we are converting all parameters in to thevenines equivalent, so all voltage sources will be short circuited other than your small signal.......
