Small Bluetooth module for wrist

Hello,

I'm looking for a 5-10 metre Bluetooth range device.

The device has too be small enough to be used with a wristband like a Fit Watch ect ect.

Looking at connecting to both ISO/Android type of App.

I'm looking to connect an output from the device to a vibrating mechanism.

I'm a novice in this sort of field, so maybe something basic I could program.
