Does anyone know how to measure skew in digital circuits, i.e the HSPICE command? Thank you

Take for example the clock skew between Register A and B. It means the delay of the clock signal to these registers.

How to use HSPICE to measure it?

skew is the time difference between the transmitting and receiving of clock on the board. i.e, if clock is applied to two different secions on the board, both the sections may not receive the clock at same time.

Hmm, How to measure it using HSPICE. Any example of the HSPICE command?
