Hey guys,

I'm trying to do a few calculations regarding a copper wire antenna for my FM transmitter I am making for a senior project. The length of the copper wire will be about 30cm.

Does anyone know where I can find or how to calculate the impedance of a wire at 88-108Mhz? I'm trying to find an impedance model so I can have the correct load when designing my preantenna bandpass filter

Also, I am trying to adhere to FCC regulations so I am aiming for .01uW ERP. Currently the FM transmitter's power output is 199.526uW. From my research I found

ERP=Transmitter Output Power*LineLoss*AntennaGain

How could I go about calculating the line loss or gain of a copper wire?

Any help or reference literature would be greatly appreciated
