sin pwm invertor usins MOSFET

i am using sin pwm of 12kHz with 50hz sine wave, my problem is , i got pwm , but when i connected to H bridge of MOSFET (IRFP150) , the DC supply(40v) geting shorted. i am using bipolar switching

nw i connected 50Ω.25w resister only as load, i designed filter ckt but didnt connected

Did you use high-low side drivers? A circuit diagram would help.

Sry , it was my problem
nw i got sine wave output. but my filter is not good
cn suggest a low pass filter circut .
