simulink lms

Hi guys

I study equalizer

but I don`t properly working simulink files

anyone can help me??

I attach the simulink file

Question:
1) How to generate prbs input

i apply the prbs to Filter input but error occured


2)How to smoothly see the eye diagram

I change the sample rate , etc but no chage


3)Hot to explot BER/SNR or BER/(Eb/No)



I want to some advice or modify file ...
