simulator for transitor mos whith Pspice

Hello all;
I went to simulate circuit based on transitor MOS , i use Psipce simulator , the question is: what I use "Capture CIS" or "Schematics" for the simulation ????

If you are making a new circuit then you would typically generate the circuit in the schematic editor and then simulate from that.

please can you give me a file or documentation, it can guide me to simulate a MOS transistor ( including a model for the transistor and simultion )
