modeling

Hi can anyone tell / recommend simulation software for modeling microelectronics devices. Appreciate feedback.

Re: modeling

Proteus VSM by Labcenter Electronics is very good, so long as you only want to simulate the hobby-based micro's (PIC, AVR, 8051, etc.)

Hi Phil,
Do you have an ebook for the fundamentals of microelectronics by razavi?
