simulation software for electronics circuit

Is there any simulation software for testing the electronic circuit with different temperature?

Yes,

I use Cadence Orcad (it also has temperature sweep). I think Agilent ADS also does this. Many other also can do this, it depends on how much you or your company willing to spend on the software and the accuracy you need.
