simulation of cascode current mirror ?

Hi every one;
I wanna simulate cascode current mirror (with bjt) and draw the bandwidth graph
but I have no Idea how to do that.
Please guide me to simulate this and tell me what element should I use for drawing the Bandwidth.
BTW I use Proteus and I'm not sure that this program can do the job?
