Simulation in ANSYS of a paper do not get the same results?

I hope someone can help me with this simulation. I'm simulating an antenna of a publication but I can't get the same result and I don't know what I'm doing wrong someone can help me simulate and get a favorable result?

Help me correct my error and simulate this antenna.
