Simulation for programs in msp430.

Actually I tried the serial communication part of the GPS from the link that you had mentioned before. It looks like my code needs some change because I am using msp430fg4618.

The Hardware definitions that start with the letter 'U' are all undefined. Here is a list- U0BR1, U0CTL, U0RXBUF and so on.

Do you have any idea about resolving this? What should I substitute instead of these?

Also I don't find anything in the sample code related to serial communication. I would be happy if you could provide me the code for serial communication only.
