I am getting the following error Fatal Error during simulation: "Cell0.sp" line 26 Missing MOSFET model definition for "NMOS" even though i have included ".lib "C:\Documents and Settings\RS62\My Documents\Tanner EDA\AMIS 0.5CFN\setup\models\C5X_mos.lib" typ" model file.
 

Double quote (") before typ missing?
C5X_mos.lib contains NMOS model?
 

Please avoid this kind of folder like "My Documents".
The space in it could not be recognized correctly.
