Dear All,

My simulation passes validation check but get error messages below when running the simulation. Could you please guide me how to fix the issue? Thanks!

Surface recovery failure. Possible reasons (1) Model has multiple objects with thin layers (2) Complex model with object overlapping (3) True surface are skewed.

I am not sure but if it passes the validation check then I think it should be something to do with the mesh as first thing the solver does is define mesh for simulation so you can try to change the mesh settings that may solve the problem. All the best
