Dear All,

My simulation passes validation check but get error messages below when running the simulation. Could you please guide me how to fix the issue? Thanks!

Surface recovery failure. Possible reasons (1) Model has multiple objects with thin layers (2) Complex model with object overlapping (3) True surface are skewed.

Hi If the model pass the validation check then it may be something related with the mesh as solver defines mesh before starting the simulation so you can try to change the mesh settings as it seems from error that solver is unable to generate the mesh for the model.
