Simulation Error - could not resolve critical nodes

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a combline filter with hollow vias. I get the error message "Could preserve critical nodes." I implement the vias by subtracting cylinders from the cond, substrate and ground layers. Is this method okay? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
